13 years old... And itchy vagina

Hi, I'm 13 years old and I was laying in bed last night. I couldn't get to sleep as my vagina felt really itchy so of course.. Thinking it was nothing, I scratched it and then it got worse. I went into the toilet, used my compact and the fat flaps around my vagina was all red. Sorry, I can't remember the name for it.. Please help?

If you aren't sexually active, this isn't a STD, but it could be a bacterial or fungal infection.

Hey,
as Alex pointed out, if you are not sexually active then the chances of this being an STD are Nill.
I would suggest that you go to the doctor as it may be Thrush, this is a fungal infection and is caused by many things such as taking an anti-biotic or over washing with soaps in that area. I would probably say thats what it is, and a very good treatment is GynodaKtarin cream.
