Are these warts?

I was dx with HPV gential warts 10 years ago, I've only had one wart and it was removed at that time. All my paps have came back normal for the past 8 years. But I've had these small bumps in the opening of my vagina for about 5 years now. I keep asking my dr about them because I'm worried they may be warts. But he just keeps telling me they are ingrown hairs. they haven't changed shape or size and they are right on my hair line. They are hard, but flesh colored. You can't even see them, I can just feel them. They haven't gotten bigger or went away. Could this be warts for this long or could I've had ingrown hairs for this long?

I'd listen to your doctor.  If you feel it necessary to seek a second opinion, then do so.  It sounds like you're fine though.
