HPV and Penile cancer

two weeks ago i was mutually masturbating with a guy of unknown status. When he came he came on my penis head and now beneath my penis head i seem to have shiny red pigment. no discharge or anything, no itch or warts as of yet. is it too soon to call it HPV/Penile cancer?

HPV does not appear until 4-8 months after a sex act.  If that guy did not touch you down there after he touched himself, your risk is zero. HPV is mostly from genital skin rubbing against genital skin. Mutual masterbation does not cause HPV.

We frotted and made out. There was no oral or anal, except that he tried to push in the tip of his penis in and I didn't let him, same way when he was on top of me, I wouldn't let him come down--even though it felt like it was pushing in, but it didn't. And yes gave each other mutual hand jobs. But the frotting wasn't like extended or anything, it didn't go on for minutes, just quick brushes. I read here that any stds/stis that are transmitted through skin must be massaged into the skin for transmission for a period of time, or is this wrong?
