Can Anyone give me an answer?

Hey there,

20 yr/Male

I have seen two doctors and been tested for everything except herpes and all tests came back negative.  I was told by both doctors to not worry about anything because I wasn't showing any visible signs.  Like a lot of people though I am a google addict (thats how I found this page), I see things on the internet that give me uneasy feelings.  I do believe anxiety is one of my biggest issues regarding my problems, because I think that I have HPV even though two doctors have told me otherwise.

OK now I will explain what's going on,  Last november I had sex with a girl who later told me she had a high-risk strain of HPV, we were using protection but by the time we stopped having sex the condom was off. I don't no how but it was.  I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary until a few months later, the outer rim of my penis on the left side is a little red and tingles at times.  I have had two "sores" since last november both have been single sores, borh were single sores.  The best I can describe the sores are like mini hard  shells.  Like a reddish bump and you can feel the hardness under the skin. But they were to big maybe a little bigger then ur average pimple, but no pus was coming out of them, just sort of painful when i tried to pop it.  About two months ago, I had testicle pain for about 6 days straight on my left side of my testicles.  It was a heavyness feeling, after getting an EKG the doctor said I have a vericose vein in my left testicle, she said she is not positive this is what is causing the pain though.  I now and then have testicle pain on the left side but its not been as bad as it was those 6 days.  The most annoying thing which I can't really put a finger on would be the "mild burning" I feel.  Its located in the groin area above the penis and feels like it goes to the left leg in the inner thigh.  It is not chronic and really has just been happening lately since being diagnosed with the varicose vein.  Its not extremly hot, but a warm feeling (inner left thigh, groin area, not the penis).  The warm feeling can be felt in the groin area and lower abdoman, this has only been happening lately (past couple weeks).  My left foot is tingling constantly now for about 2 months.  I find myself pinning my right foot on top of my left foot when im sitting down.  Its now becoming a habit.  Or I will cross my legs just because it feels right.  I also can feel the tingle in my calf and back of my thigh at times.  Now those are all my "symptoms" now whether there pertinent or not..well I have no idea.  Maybe I am just over thinking this way to much.

Most of the time in the past year has been symptom free and I feel like anxiety makes this alot worse then it really is.  I don't no why I can't just accept the doctors evaluation.  I just know my body and these are different/weird feelings to me.  If anyone can offer me any advice or anything I would greatly appreciate it, for I need some closure, and I need it now.  Does the varicose vein in my left testicle have alot to do with this?  Hpv? Herpes?  I cant get a grasp on this or all these different symptoms.  Please help.. Thanks

i have high-risk hvp, high-risk hpv is not the genital warts kind. It is the cervial cancer strain. Unfortunitly there is not test for men right to see if they are carrying the disease. So the bumps you have are not from high risk hpv, low risk hvp is the gential warts strain.

It appears that some of your symptoms are anxiety related, I suffer from health phobia and can tell you when you focus on one part of your body you will start to feel stuff that really isnt happeneing. Although I would get tested for herpes (not saying you have it dont freak out) but just to rule it out. A solitary lesion generally isn't herpes. Also High-risk HPV generally doesn't have visible symptoms, its generally the low-risk HPVs that cause genital warts.
