I think I may have developed HPV but I'm a virgin?

Recently I noticed 3 noticeabld, red bumps have developed onto my testes. At first, I believed they were pimples. Then, I tried to pop them. They're still there. It's been 3 days since I've noticed them. The strangest thing is that I've had no sexual contact with anyone (besides myself). Also: Could a doctor determine exactly how I developed these? Thanks

TL,DR; I've never had sex and have 3 red bumps on my testes.

I was diagnosed with HPV as a virgin had my first breakout around my mouth at about 15. Then at 16 I had a breakout that covored my whole face went to the Dr. And got diagnosed with HPV. At about 23 I had a severe rash breakout from the HPV started from my lower abdomen to my neck and was there for about 8 months anything after 6 months could be severe. It has given me a side effect of genital warts (only 1) in all the years. It has recently given me cancer that is killing my upper body. I work a full time job and during my work shift sometimes I can't see straight I get really nauseas and feel like I'm gonna roll over and die. I experience bad chest pain my thyroid hurts badly and also my back... This has Ben getting worse and worse. Within the last month... Also I was on HIV heroine for years and it was blocking all the side effects so I didn't notice any of this until my recent sobriety and now its further in the stages... This last week I've had the red blotches appear on my legs for a HPV side effect breakout. Everyone keeps trying to label me as crazy but I keep hiding all the embarrassing severe side effects from people. I have cancer and I have a extremely bad strain of HPV. I'm only 26. Please I advise anyone to get help imediatley at any signs of HPV this is not a joke if you get a bad strain of HPV. **** WILL kill you.

Virgins have been diagnosed with HPV. You can google this and see how/why.  No one can determine the root cause. Go see your dermatologist for any skin issue anywhere.
