My wife wants a baby and i have hpv with a wart

I have had a vasectomy about 12 years and my girlfriend has small cysts on her ovaries non cancerous and she want to know with me having hpv and displaying a wart or two evry now and then could i have the vasectomy reversed and would it be very risky to the mom or the baby?

she definetly does not have it has been tested..

Vasectomy can be reversed with you having warts. If you have been having unsafe sex with your GF, she has been infected with it especially when you had an active wart. If you have safe sex with her, there was a 30% chance you infected her and for all practial purposes, you should assume she already has what you have. Risks to babies during childbirth exists but they are very low.  Take a look at what these sites say:
