Possible hpv?

OK so I have been with my gf for 3 years. Recently I had sexual Intercourse with another woman on July 20th and July 27th both protected sex. She had hpv vaccine when she was a Virgin and only had one sexual partner before me. Fast forward to august 28th my gf was at the end of her period where we had sex and I ejaculated inside her. After sex her labia was swollen. So after a day she said her vagina itch and there was in her words small yellow rice shapedal things that she can easily wipe off with a qtip or napkin. She went to a doctor and the doctor said she has condyloma and immediately did laser treatment without testing it or anything. She contacted another doctor aND he said the previous one was unprofessional and was giving her wrong treatment. I'm just so confused.

Side note neither me or the other girl has any problems.  Her last sex partner that she lost her virginity to was 6 months before me.
