Concerned about possible infection with HPV

I'm bisexual...well, not sure about that really. I've been giving oral sex to three men in the last 4 years, just one time each, but i know that infection with HPV can occur even from a single sexual intercourse. Two of them touched/massaged my anus/penis after touching their penis. They didn't insert their finger inside, but as far as i know that's not mandatory for infection to occur. So, how likely is to be infected with the virus from giving oral and after someone touch your genital area? I'm extremely concerned about that, i don't know what to do. I will have a DNA testing for high-risk HPV soon, but i'm not sure if this would give reliable results. I was not familiar with the risks when i did those things and i feel like complete idiot now! Otherwise i've had only one girlfriend and that was when i was 21/22, i'm 29 now.

The semen doesn't carry the virus. This is a skin disease. No semen required to pass it. This is why condoms offer 98% protection against HIV but only 50% against HPV and Herpes.

Is contracting HPV more likely if you swallow a little amount of semen?

I know this is hard to believe as even I don't believe it but I live in a large quaint town and my gyn told me not to get upset more women then not have it!! I'm sure that goes for males to. To your best ability keep your body clean it's so much easier in life to cope not to mention cancer. Don't be ashamed to protect yourself, or get off the sex. If I could only go back. I'm reluctant to date, because who wants this! If I could go back and still have hpv, I wouldve dated more and kept my esteem just been careful!

The touching is like 99.9999% safe. Should not worry about that at all. Oral sex is safer sex than genital sex but not completely safe. Since there is no test to determine oral HPV, you should not worry about something that may not be there.
