Confirmation

I just want further confirmation on what i already now. About 10 years ago, I contracted HPV from my then fiancé. We since have got married. I had been completely faithfull for our entire relationship, 7 years at this point.
I heard that my female cousin had contracted the same thing, at the same time. I confirmed it today. Heres the thing, she was dating one of my best friends who was around a lot. I always suspected but never dated to ask my cousin.
What are the chances of the 4 of us contracting the same thing, at the same time without some sort of sexual contact between my friend and wife?

No one can answer this question. You can't play detective with this virus. Positive results do not sync with sex encounters at a certain time.
