Could I have HPV?

Hi, I'm really freaking out about whether or not I have HPV.
I'm a 15 year old female, I recently noticed little flesh coloured and white raised bumps on my inner labia and I'm scared that I might have HPV.
I was molested when I was about 4 but I highly doubt the person who did it could have given it to me because he was only about 13 [Don't really remember, I've blocked it out] and I've never had any other sexual contact, not even kissing or anything with anyone else. The only other explanation is that I was attacked by a dog not too long ago but I'm not sure if I could contract HPV from that [he ripped a bit of skin off of my vagina as well as my right thigh].
I'm not sure who I should see because there are no gynecologists in the phone book and I don't particularly want to talk to my mum about this.
Also, if I do end up having it, would I ever be able to kiss anyone or have sex in the future without having to tell them first?

Also, I will just say that I was fully clothed during the dog attack but he tore through my leggings and it was during an argument with sombody else.

I can understand that this is upsetting to you. I would doubt that you have HPV but you do need to see a Doctor. Did you see a Dr. after the dog bite? First take a deep breath and relax. I would start by seeing your family Doctor. I would also tell your mother, you might be surprised to find out she is supportive and maybe a little worried for you. Since you have not had sexual contact, you seem to be beating yourself up for no reason and feeling guilty for no reason. There are many glands in that area and you could have irritation from soap or tight clothes. You could have dry vaginal skin that would require a prescription for cream. Bumps can also be sebaceous cysts caused by a blockage of the glands and these can come and go spontaneously or stay for long periods of time. I’m not sure how much skin the dog bit or how it healed and maybe it is possible that you have an irritation or infection from that. The only way to find out is to see a Dr. And to answer your last question, even if you had HPV it usually resolves with a good immune system and you will be able to kiss and have sex in the future.
So just relax and don’t take on all the “What if’s”!! See a Dr. and get checked out and your anxiety will do down.
Hope this helps and if you don’t have a good Dr. try and find a good free clinic close by.

Don't freak out... I think we (if you have hpv, which i doubt, but if you do...) Need to learn how to not go into survival mode every time we see a wart. You don't have to tell anyone before you kiss them or have sex. That's your choice. **** it life isn't fair.Nobody is expecting you to hold the weight of the world on your shoulders, and then bend over backwards to act fairly. **** that. The chances are if the other is sexually active he/ she already has it.
I dont think you have it. I have it. If you do have it my recommendations is that you have them frozen off by a doctor.
