Does having a genital wart means you are hiv positive automatically?

I had a wart at the opening of my urethra 3 weeks after the encounter. I visited my doctor and he burnt it off using diathermy cable. I am now very much confuse about acquiring hiv.  I search on Internet and it's like hpv is closely related to hiv. If you have hpv does it mean you are automatically hiv positive?  Please help me

No.  Two totally un-related diseases. HIV is a blood, saliva and semen STD. HPV is a genital skin STD. Which is why condoms provide great protection against HIV and fair protection against HPV.
