You really should see a doctor to see if they are actually warts.

Warts usually go away on their own, but treatment will make this a quicker process. Only follow doctor prescribed treatments though!

Warts don't usually "hurt", but like all skin, they would hurt if you squeeze them. Warts come in all sizes, and are quite often small. They are made of skin....so i don't know what you are getting at there.....

Anyway, it is probably nothing, like most bumps, but see a doctor for some piece of mind.

also does genital warts come in 1.. this small?.. felt like im squeezing part of my skin.. i mean even lil pressure.. do the warts heal on there own or do we have to take medical activity.. and would i become immune to this disease after a while?

Everything hurts when you squeeze it.

You will need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.
