L-Arginine makes HPV (warts) worse or not?

Well, I've searched a lot and all I've found is that L-arginine can make herpes (HSV) replicate and get worse. But I haven't found a study saying that it could be the same with HPV.

I bought a protein supplement of egg protein and I've read that it has lysine and lutein which seems to have a good effect in the clearance of HPV, but it also has L-Arginine and there are mixed opinions about it... Anyone has tried it with success?

Btw... It's been 2 months since my external warts are gone, but I still have a small one inside... Which means I still have the virus.
I eat healthy and take vitamins.

Any advice? Should I take the egg protein with L-arginine?

Could be unrelated and purely coincidental or not....2 months ago I noticed G warts..I was supplementing Arginine heavily at the time. I also heard this and it did make me wonder if it could have acted as a trigger.

Awful timing as I was planning on getting with a girl I've fancied for months. I'm now ignoring her out of embarrasement.
