HPV, genital warts or Bumps

I have read about HPV & understand that this virus could of been dormint for many years and one might not know about it.

In my life I have been sexually active with only one person (my current boyfriend) and to my boyfriend (as far as I know) he has been sexually active with me only. I know him for 6 years. I have got these genital warts kinda thing, they are painless and are around 6-7 skin bumps.
now I don t understand if I have never had any other sex partner neither did he; how can I get virus? we both were clean (never sexually active) before this relationship also.

SO PLEASE help me understand, HOW CAN I GET infected if  WE both never ever had any other sex partner?

Can these warts on vag be formed by any other reason? I am not diagnosed by any doctor yet.

PLEASE HELP ME!
