Some sort of Balanitis

So a few days ago i got a strange yellow white bulb under my foreskin, it was about the size of a fingernail and was at the very end where the foreskin meets the glans, i gave it time and it popped and left a strange yellow pus, i washed my penis and cleaned it out making sure not to use any strange soaps and i pulled back my foreskin and the area around was sore and swollen. I left it for a few days until i found a few more red patches popping up all under my foreskin and the tip of my foreskin was getting red and swollen, i woke up this morning and discovered a great pain on the tip of my foreskin, the tip was red, dry and very swollen and when i tried to pull it back to see if there were any more patches it was too tight and caused me a great deal of pain, i am only 13 and have never experienced anything like this before, ive also never used soaps on my penis but from what i can tell it could be from my lack of showering. Any help MUCH appreciated
