Possible HPV

Hi,
i recently noticed a small bump on the shaft of my penis, at first i thought it was a pimple or something but it doesnt seem to go away... there may also be another similar bump near the base (although might be an ingrown hair) but now there is also a redness near the tip of my penis which has shown up a couple weeks after this. I have had a girlfriend for a while now and she has never had any issues. I never have unprotected sex and the only time i have had unprotected sex with any partners in the last couple months is oral. Is it possible for this to be hpv? Also, if i give oral sex is it possible for this to occur on my genital area?

Thanks

But as for giving oral sex, would you get warts on your genitals or in your mouth ? the infected area

The odds of getting HPV from giving and receiving oral sex is very low but not zero. This is a skin disease and condoms do not cover much skin. Not even the base of a penis. There are some people who get it with just safe sex. They may be warts based on your description. You should go see a dermatologist and get them removed and biopsied. Your GF should get tested too.
