HPV clearance in 5 year.

I am 29, Male, 5 years ago I had vaginal sex (condom used) with a female sex worker. since then I didn't have sex with anyone. Last month I took STD testing. test was for HIV 1&2, Hep B & C, HSV 1&2, syphilis, chlamydia. All results were non reactive. Now I am worried about HPV. I know there no screening test for men. Can I assume hpv has been cleared in this time. I have not got any geintal wart ever.

Hand infection is not well understood. Most doctors would say that there is zero chance of this but there are cases of the virus being diagnosed under one's fingernails. This is why people who are infected use one hand on themselves and their other hand on their partners. The odds of you being infected by her doing that is too minor to worry about. Genital skin rubbing is the primary cause of infection and that takes a lot of rubbing.

Thank for answer. One more thing before sex she applied some lube(don't know what type) on her vagina. I stopped midway during act she removed condom and performed masturbation on me. Is it possible her hands to be contaminated by applying lube or touching condom when removing it.

The odds of getting HPV from a one time safe sex act is so low that it is silly to think you have it. Even with a sex worker. Clearance for men can never be proven as you know but with no warts after 4-6 months, you could have considered yourself cleared then assuming (BIG assumption) that she infected you. It really does require a lot of genital skin rubbing that occurs in a relationship. Not a quickie with a sex worker or even with a gal you meet in a bar.
