Hi doctor, I am a male, 27 and in good health. I had unprotected oral sex (received a blow job) and genital rubbing and protected vaginal sex on December 4th. On December 28th I ended up getting tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea (urine sample) and both came back negative. The reason why I did is because I was freaking out at this somewhat "fishy" smell I started getting out of nowhere (this was solved and it turns out 2 showers a day did the trick). As you can imagine I started worrying so I inspected my penis a lot closer than I ever have before. While doing so I noticed that I have a lot of bumps throughout my circumcision line. I got circumcised at 7 years old and it was definitely not a fun experience. It is definitely a messy job but most imperfections are not noticeable when the penis is erect. A lot of research has led me to HPV and I am worried that these bumps might be genital warts.
I however find it very strange that they are only on my circumcision line where the foreskin used to be. Nowhere else.
Could these be as a result of skin damage from the circumcision or could they be warts. They are not in groups or clusters, don't turn white when white vinegar is applied to them and don't seem to stretch or go away when erect.
I have a high quality photo of the biggest one which is about 2mm wide and only about half a mm high (it is almost a perfect circle). When looked at on the photo it does not look like typical wart photos found online. If anything it almost looks like molloscum rather than warts but I don't see how I could have contacted that either.
I am sexually active with multiple partners, however, I have always used protection (at least for the actual act of intercourse itself) and only had unprotected sex with an old girlfriend from many years ago.
Please advise and thanks in advance.
