DNA test negative but tissue sample is postive?

Hi,

Few months ago, I discovered that I have some warts on my genital area.

I asked my doctor a biopsy.

But the test result is bit weird. (My doctor admits that this is quite a rare case)

DNA test itself says I'm HPV free.

But Microscopic Findings says I have condyloma acuminatum.

My doctor told me that, There is a chance my immune system eliminated the virus, but affected cells remain.

Or other no known HPV changed my cells.

What would be the cause of this situation? Do I have HPV or No?
