Genital Warts - are these?
I do have one other question, like I said.. I do believe him about them not being warts.. there's a lot of them, says they're just growths from as a child.. around the base of his penis.. ??? is that possible for warts. none on his penis. well one growing up on it from the base though.. ??? and another one for sure felt like a skin tag though in the pube area near his thigh.. and they may have been slightly darker than his skin tone.. warts don't grow there do they?
If you clip the top of the skin tag your body will see it's not supposed to be there and it will go away for good much like HPV/warts (though the virus would not be gone yet) get rid of it to be sure.
Warts most often occur on the penis, but it is not impossible to have them elsewhere.
If he really has had these since childhood, then they aren't warts. Perhaps he could evaluated to ease your concerns.
