HPV warts came back .. 6 months later

Originally it was outside, on the skin near my perianal area. Now it is just inside my vagina. This has been a huge blow to me. I was sure I was going to beat it. For the next few weeks I'm going to change my diet and hope that will minorly help my body fight it off, and use ACV daily. I'm currently traveling in Europe and don't have access to my doctor. I've gotten Gardasil. And I know that's not supposed to treat you if you are already infected with a strain, but why did I get it in a new place? I have been sexually active (with the same person for 6 months) and used condoms religiously after I was diagnosed. My partner is a male and has never had any symptoms but he obviously can't be tested for it. Do I have more chances of flare ups the more I have sex? (even if its with the same person?)

I am not sure how to answer you other than HPV is a process and you just have to battle each symptom as you get it. I just found I have vaginal warts and I totally understand the not wanting them spreading to another area. I am hoping I can treat these and be done but if not I remind myself that they are in fact just a skin condition. If I had warts on my hands or feet I would be concerned with spreading them to others or be embarrised by them. HPV is a common most of us will get because we like sex. :) As for sex, I think that friction might cause some small issues with warts such as bleeding. So just use lube if you have issues with being dry. I don't think sex effect flare ups if you and your bf already share the same strains. Just transmission to new strains would cause a new flare up.

Oh..and exercise and sunshine! Lack of Vit D effects our immune system and exercise will help with stress.

Vit's A, E and Fish Oil...I am sure lots of others as well. I take lots now.

Green tea is good for cell changes but I can't drink it because of hypothyroidism.

Cooked garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes. I eat lots of kale, spinach and other veggies/fruits.

I have been researching this topic and lucky for me I already eat very healthy and love it. I am not going to drink til my cell changes are gone. :( But then I only drink socially and love red wine. I am trying to really limit sugars, that is my only no no as I don't ever eat fast food, fried or salty foods.

Try to treat yourself well, love yourself with how you think as well. Limit stress.

If you bf was with you through the first warts or knew then they are with you because of you regardless. I totally get how you feel, I have the same issues but we are part of a huge group of people with the same thing. :)

Thanks. You're right about it being just a skin condition. after all, low risk HPV does not cause cancer. I guess it's just embarrassing and painful and I'm scared to tell my sexual partner It's happened again. There's alot of embarrassment with the fact that it is an "std". If anyone has any dietary tips or home remedies to speed up clearing it would be great since I don't have access to a doctor right now.
