Help please! I'm panicking!!!

this is so embarrassing and i feel so stupid but i need to get this out since i am crying all day and cant even sleep properly anymore.

i was diagnosed with genital warts a while ago while i was pregnant but they seemed to have disappeared. The other day I had a spot on my vagina and because I didn't think anything of it I tried to squeeze it. It didnt pop though. Shortly after I went to change my babies diaper. touching her everywhere down there. later i have realised that it is a wart now i am scared to death that i may have given it to my little daughter this way. Please help! i dont know what to do.

Are you sure?? If this is right I would be the happiest person on the planet. I love my little daughter so much and I could never forgive myself if I passed something on so carelessly. I'm just so down and depressed about this all the time thinking I am a bad mother...

The odds of transmission via the hands to genital area is very very low. Almost zero. Most doctors would say what you wrote is not anything to worry about and has a zero chance of passing it.
