Spots.
Hey all,
I have recently noticed random rust and red colored spots above my penis ( below abdomen) and on my inner thighs close to my penis. These are just spots that are perfectly smooth and sometimes itch but not badly. They do not hurt. I do not have any bumps or spots on the shaft, sack, or head of my penis. Some spots are as big as a half dollar, some as small as a dime. I have been sexually active lately but I cant remember precisely when these spots occurred. There are no bumps. Everything is flat. Help me please, kind of freaking me out.

I think you should see a doctor. Any discolored itchy skin is worth a diagnosis.
It doesn't sound like warts to me (or any other STD), but it is certainly a skin condition that you should have a doctor look at.
I wouldn't be too concerned though, whatever it is, it probably isn't serious.
