Hpv risk?

I received oral sex from a sex worker several years ago for about 30 seconds. I am a male and so was he. I just recently noticed two tiny skin raised substances right beside each other near the head of my penis. I wouldn't necessarily call them bumps but they have different or a more rough texture than the skin of my penis. Could this be genital warts?!?
