Hpv very scared

Hi in 2012 I started to have heavy bleeding and spotting in between my periods. Went to the dr they found out I had a pylop it was removed in2013 no cancer was found. I continued to have longer periods and spotting in between my period. Went back to the this July and I had a pap everything came back normal but they say I tested positive for hpv now I'm scared I have cancer I'm not how I got this when I have been married for 10 years...I very concerned right now I have been crying non stop. The nurse really didn't explain too much of anything. I have been researching hpv and it made me feel even worse.
