i have hpv as well. it ***** but warts are low risk and usualy once treated dont come back ive gone two months without another sighting your immune system will get rid of it in 8 months-2 years and once the warts are gone your not as high of risk to infect others. we'll be fine just a BUMP in the road. hey i just broke my wrisst today and now i cant work. talk about bad situations

I don't know if you live by a planned parenthood, but they provide you with the utmost privacy. Also have family fact which provides free exams, birth control, and treatment for any std or such.

I will add that parents are usually more understanding about sex than young people give them credit for. If talking to them is needed for your medical care, than please don't let your pride get in the way of your health.

I don't know what is causing the pain and fatigue, but gential warts are caused by the HPV virus. You will need to see a doctor to get a definate diagnosis, and warts cannot be treated at home.
Abdominal pain and fatigue are probably unrelated, but these symptoms should be checked as well.
You really should try to see a doctor, even if this means missing time at work or school. Surely there is a clinic you can bus, cab or walk to.
