Hey buddy, what you describe could easily be genital warts. I'm not saying it is but it is consistent with the way HPV manifests. Go get it checked out as soon as possible. If it is warts you'll want them removed and depending on ins and outs of the growths several options will be available. My doctor says electro cauterization is the best but I've had good results with liquid nitrogen. It'll scab up for some days and the skin may be a different color for a bit but that goes away. Still, your first order of business is to go to a dermatologist or to your doctor. Mags is right, most doctors will try and talk you out of a biopsy, but ifyou really want to know it's the only definitive way to find out.
First you will need to be sure what it is. See a dermatologist and ask them to biopsy it. Doc's don't often advice a biopsy so you will need to request this. Or if they are sure it is HPV/warts then they can help you to decide on treatment. I have had acid treatments and it works fairly well. I am now using Aldara and it is slower. You can also see if there is a clinic in your area that treats for HPV/warts and be checked there.
