Is there any treatment for genital warts?

Hello,  I've had genital warts since 2010, though I tested negative for HPV.  I had a large breakout of them all over the labia and anal area.  The doctor froze them and I went back for two additional treatments.  Though, once those were gone, others have continued to pop up every month or so since then.  I am currently never without them.  What I would like to know is, is there any treatment for these aside from topical acid or freezing?  I know herpes has an immune suppressant so you don't have outbreaks as often and I'm wondering if there is anything for these as well?  Thanks!
