My inner vagina skin (opening) has tiny dots in sequence, doubtful.

I had first wart on clitory and devision btween anus and vagina in dec 2013 from my first partner with just foreplay, i never had sex then .i got treated that with podowart. They were vanished then. They reappeared in dec 2014 on same places, i got treatment again wth laser and vermisol but right after the treatment i noticed myself some tiny dots in the inner line of my vagina ( in opening ). I consulted my doctor and she also was unable to recognise properly and said if they will grow up , then let it be treated. Its been 2 years , the small line of tiny dots type skin in the soft skinnof opening is same. Its neither painful/burning/itchy ( as the abnromilities i noticed in 2013/2014) nor growing and bleeding. But still i have doubt about the texure  of skin . I came in relationship with second partner in 2015 and i am in active sexual relation. He doesnot have any this kind of symptom and he doesnot even know about my problem. Please let me be cleared about it , i am scared of telling this fact to him, and scared of having sex/masturbation too. Please give me the ans
