diagnosed before, no symptoms, maybe recently

i have been diagnosed in the past with hpv. it has been monitored and the last time i saw a gyno, she said everything was fine.
a few days ago, i found a medium red bump on the monspubis area. it is not painful or terribly itchy. it is not pussing, nor does it have a white head or changing at all.
it has all the makings and marks of a simple bug bite or something but as i have had hpv, i want to be sure.

It could be warts, but it also could be something else.  No one but a doctor will be able to tell you for sure, I'd see one.

thank you for your advice. the redness has gone down but but what is left is a hard bump, sort of oval shaped. again, still not pussing or doing anything weird, just a raised, slightly red area that is hard but not painful. i've also developed a few pimples in the area as well, small ones....should i be worried? is it just a weird bacteria?

See a doctor to confirm diagnosis of what this is.  This does sound like a bug bite more than a wart.  Warts typically aren't red.  Good luck.
