The policy does seem to discourage photos.
Few doctors will even look at photos as they feel they cannot give a proper diagnosis from a photograph. People who post here are less able to help. If somebody does offer you a diagnosis, remember that it isn't worth much.
I feel that if it is troublesome enough to ask about, it is worth a trip to the doctors.
Also, it is really rare for warts to itch or hurt.
See a doctor when you get home. Although you shouldn't continuously delay a doctor's visit, three weeks won't hurt.

well although you didn't post a photo, we don't look at them any how. You should see your health care provider when you return home, it could be anything from warts to folliculitis. you should get a proper diagnosis.
Also, i should note that this bump does not itch or anything, i dont even notice it...
