Please help me assess the risk and advise

I am a 34 year old asian male and travels internationally sometimes, last time before I fly back on 11/13 to the states, I had an unprotected oral sex with an asian sex worker 11/11 for no more than 2 minutes. I ejaculated after her mouth left my penis. I left then. The next day 11/12 I noticed small pimples-like reddish around my coronal, less than 1mm each. I do not remember if there was reddish before the encounter. In the next couple of days (during the flight) I observed increases of the quantities of the reddishes, finally along about 60% of the coronal ring. The reddish size remains small. Then no additional reddishes show up so far until today 11/19, 9 days after the encounter. I do not feel itchy or pain or other uncomfort. I touch the reddishes and it does not seem to burst, cannot see fluid inside but I could be wrong. This is my first sex exposure with a sex worker. I do remember when the sex worker worked on my penis, I felt a bit friction although her mouth held some water when working on my penis. I had been consistent with my current sex partner.

I had similar type of reddish pimples years ago. I do not remember much of that as I seemed not quite worried at that time and the reddish disappears. I do not remember the reason or how I get it disappeared last time. But this time it made me crazy. Do I had genrital warts? I can hardly focus on work and fear that I could give the disease to my family. I deserved it though.

So please help me with below needs!
1. What is my risk of contracting STD from the sex worker? What is the chance I have genrital warts?

2. I scheduled a STD panel test 6 weeks after the encounter (12/24). Should I test it earlier (2 weeks after encounter)? Should I also visit a family doctor and start applying some medicines to the reddish site?

3. Please advise me other things I should (or should not) do. Thank you!

Yes, you can go now to test for those STDs. Just wait 6-10 more weeks to test for Herpes so you don't waste money.

No STD appears 1 day later. It takes a week for Herpes to show up and 4-8 weeks for HPV warts to appear.

1. Most sex workers do not have STDs because they are bad for business. However HPV and Herpes are so common (condoms do not provide much protection), so clearly sex workers are more exposed to both STDs more than people who don't have multiple partners like sex workers do. The odds cannot be predicted but its very very low.

2. Always test 8 -12 weeks after any sex encounter. 8 weeks is the minimum for Herpes. 12 weeks is the gold standard for knowing whether it is Herpes or not. Men cannot be tested for HPV but warts can get removed and biopsied. Go see your dermatologist asap.

If you have doubts about your sexual health, then avoid sex until you are sure. Even if it is just a STI, you could still infect someone. More importantly, your health should come first and avoiding sex will allow your body to fight infections.
