Positive OraRisk® HPV test & Treatment

What type of treatments do people with positive oral HPV receive?  I will be testing for this, as I feel that the ongoing hyperkeratosis (even in small amounts) is due to this virus.  Is anyone else experiencing white, suspicious oral lesions that doctors have shrugged off as normal?

(my response did not post) I want to confirm if HPV might be the issue.  Also, I recently read about Heck's disease.  It seems like vertical transmission of oral HPV is possible.

I would like to confirm what is causing this hyperkeratosis, as I recently started noticing similar symptoms in my child who is not yet 5 y.o.  About ten years ago, I had genital warts.  Since then, I cleared the virus (or perhaps it's dormant).  Yet, this white plaque comes and goes.  I had my child via c-section, no risk related to the virus.  My child has never had any warts, yet this hyperkeratosis seems way to familiar.  The initial symptoms included headaches.  Now I'm left wondering if the virus can be transmitted via waterbottles or even perhaps through my toothbrush, when used by mistake.  I've been told by at least 10 doctors (over the last ten years) it's nothing to worry about, but they don't give me a cause.  It's not yeast or herpes.  I can't be neglectful.  I need to understand my body and the abnormalities of it.
