I have a skin tag under my virginal opening, i don't know what to do with it, can i put some sort of cream to dry it off, or can i remove it by tieing a thread and stoping the blood flow so tat eventually it falls off and is it safe?...

It might be a genital wart. Your doctor can remove it for you.
