Genital warts from receiving oral?

I'm a 23 yr old female. I get vaginal burning before my period. I went to the doc all test came back negative, but I wasn't tested for hpv. I have thick white and mucousy discharge. The burning gets worse if I smoke or think about it. I stopped washing and allowed buildup on my vulva now I have a rash. Is it warts or clogged pores? The doc said my urine was very acidic. My labia has grown and the doc also said I have an overgrowth of lactobacillus acid on my vagina. Could it be why I'm burning or is it hpv? Please please help me!

I went to the doctor and got a Pap smear done everything came back normal. I asked him for an hpv dna test but he said that test would be necessary if my results came back abnormal. I still want to get this test. I will probably go to another doctor, I just want the burning to stop this is so depressing!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
There are a few possibilities for this kind of rash.It can be a fungal infection(Tinea cruris) or a contact or irritant ( xerotic) dermatitis.

Wash your groin daily and then dry thoroughly by pat drying, not rubbing. The damp groin is an ideal site for fungi to multiply. Also wear cotton underwears and do not share other people’s towels.

Treatment for both is entirely different. I feel that you should consult a dermatologist and get this rash assessed so that specific treatment(antifungals or corticosteroids) can be started.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
