White Spots on Penis Head

Let me start off by saying that I have never had unprotected intercourse. About 3 weeks ago, I had oral sex with someone I met at a party. Afterwards, I became paranoid that I may get an STD from that interaction and while inspecting my genitals, I noticed that I have a few small white spots on my penis glans. These spots are not raised and they do not itch nor burn. Also, I can only see these spots when my penis is flaccid. They seem to go away when it is erect. I looked at some pictures of genital warts online and these spots looked nothing like the ones I found, but some of the descriptions I have read states that the warts may not be raised. Does anybody know if this sounds like this could be the early stages of genital warts? I'm really worried about it so any help would be appreciated.
