Showering won't make any difference.
I am assuming you had intercourse. If it was just touching, I wouldn't worry about it.
But,
As I said above, condoms are not 100% effective because they do not cover all of the skin on his penis. There was a risk there, but I can't give you a probability. If I was in your partner's shoes, I would like to know the risk so I could be on the lookout for symptoms.
Definitely let future partners know about the infection before sex, at least until your warts have been gone for several months.
So you think I'm most likely in the clear? Does showering afterwards help reduce the risk of spreading hpv?
I wouldn't worry about the touching.
Might have been a risk with the sex though. Condoms help, but are not 100% effective against HPV because they don't cover all skin contact.
