Thank .. I read at this page “ http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/ate/std/205639.html “ that Most genital warts are sexually acquired, but it is possible for the virus that causes warts on the hand to get onto the genitals… but I think this is wrong because I read several websites and pages that wart on the hands can’t cause genital wart because they types are different ..is it true? I read at these pages : “ http://www.thehpvtest.com/about-hpv/genital-warts-faqs/#Do-genital-warts-go-away “ and “ http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000886.htm” that (Note that warts are "site specific." This means genital warts will not spread to other parts of the body, such as the hands (just as warts from the hands will not spread to the genital area). However, the hands can be the vehicle that transfers HPV from one person's genitals to his or her partner's.) and (Several types of HPV cause genital warts, which may be found on the penis, vulva, urethra, vagina, cervix, larynx, and around and in the anus.
Other types of HPV cause common or flat warts on other parts of the skin, such as the hands. However, warts on the hands or other parts of the body do not cause genital warts.) ..so my question : if a men have warts on hand and these warts contact his penis can it passed his warts on hand to his penis and cause genital warts? If virus of warts (not genital warts just wart on hands) on the hand come in rectum with his penis (if he contact the warts on the hand to his penis) can it cause colon or anus or rectum cancer?

"Hand and genital warts are caused by different strains of the human papillomavirus, or HPV. (Most strains are harmless.) On rare occasions, though, the strain of HPV that causes warts on hands can indeed cause warts elsewhere."
I had a wart on my thumb a year ago. At the time I finger-masturbated a female stripper in VIP - but was careful not to use the thumb while "down there" and my hands were clean. I was not educated at that time that any wart is HPV until about three months later. But my dermatologist at that time told me that the wart on my thumb is noncancerous and she did the liquid nitrogen treatment over three sessions. I think the stripper did not get any warts in her vagina from me. Besides, that strain is visible (emphasis) - meaning low risk (non-cancerous).
