Is your question can he have gotten it from you in a two week period or could you have been exposed?
First because HPV is transmitted via skin to skin contact it is very easy to spread from one person to another. If you have touched each other genitals and then your own you might have spread it, this is rare. If you have rubbed genitals together without penetration this would be a very likely way to spread HPV from on to the other. Condoms
are not very effective because not all the skin of the genitals are covered.
So I am assuming your bf has warts? That is low risk HPV, either of you could have high or low risk HPV's before this relationship and never know it. It is very common
, if he has warts they usually show up 3 weeks to 3 months after exposure but there are cases where symptoms show up later than this time frame, even years.
If you do have HPV from being with him you may never have any warts/symptoms. Even if you do there are many treatments. I would suggest you see your gyn and even if everything is fine be very good about your yearly paps
