diagnosis help.

. i three red spots on my penis. they are not blisters (herpes) they look more like the surface of a tongue but smooth. i've been to three different doctors and they have each told me its something different. first told me it was an infection (use zincofex), second told me it was lichen phalius (used cordisone type cream), third told me it was a fungal infection (used anti-fungal agent). now none of them seem to be right. i really think its genital warts. but doctors keep telling me its not. what do you think and/or what should i do.

If I were you I'd go to a family planning/STD clinic and ask for the bumps to be biopsied, it's the only way to know for sure
