do i have hpv

I am 17 years old and am wondering if I have HPV. When I was 13 I developed a large wart on my arm, it remained my only wart for a few years until I developed a small one on my finger. About five months ago I had sex with a girl and the condom ripped. This girl had previously had cervical cancer. Since I have had sex with her I have noticed 4 warts on my left hand on my middle and pointer finger. About a month ago I noticed a small white roundish fleshy spot in the middle of my penis and it is located on a vein. A few weeks after I noticed that I found to very small bumps that were located about a centimeter above the fleshy spot. These bumps never bleed, itch, or cause discomfort. Nor have they gotten bigger in size since I have noticed them. Could this be a skin tag, a fungal or bacteria infection? Or is this definitely HPV? If it is HPV what are some of the safest home remedies I could use to get rid of the warts?

Thank you. I did have an irritated skin rash near my pubic area, I went to the doctor and he said it was not an std, and to just put some anti-fungial cream over it. Later on I noticed the bumps started to appear. Do you think the rash could be connected to the bumps.

Well if her HPV was active then you could have been infected but if the cells were removed then most likely the HPV was not active and you weren't infected.. but you since you can't get tested you should have your health care provider look at your bumps.

Even so f she had the high risk HPV that does not cause warts so I would like to think this is something else, try googling fordyce spots,  or folliculitis.

Also the warts on your arm, hand are not related to STD HPV warts there are hundreds of types of HPV.
