hello please help me every thing turns to be confusing

hi so it goes back to 2008 when i first noticed 2 small elevations less than 2mm in diameter on the circumcised part of my penis shaft. i just forgot about them and kept on going. i always perform unprotected sex with my gf.
it was 2010 april i went to toilet and was shocked to feel some bumps on the under part of the circumcised area. as i moved my finger on them it felt rough...it was not a cauliflower kind of a thing but look like patch of papules not more then a diameter of 1 or 2 mm each. i had them all around the area...i was shocked i recalled the first time i saw the 2 small bumps and they looked the same no change in size no itch no nothing.
i was so scared i ran to a std specialist and showed him on seeing he added it can be hpv but he would like to perform a acetic acid test..as he did that no color change happened in any of the lesions. same time he sprayed liquid nitrogen and asked me to visit him the next day. i went again the next day and he sprayed again after 3 days i asked him to cut a lesion for me and send it for hpv pcr that tested negative.
after having the pcr result he said its not hpv but some thing else.
as scared i took the first flight back home to india and got checked up by another std specialist who on looking said this is ppp but i guess it only appears around the penis cap.
the lesions that were sprayed became less noticible but were still there even after heeling.
i got all other std tests and were negative.
then again i went to the first doctor and asked him to cut 2 lesions and send 1 to histopathology lab and another for pcr this was after 40 days. the pcr report again came back negative and the biopsy report said they fell the apperance is like hpv under microscope but are not sure weather it is hpv or not coz they are not able to run other lab tests on the sample and asked for the dna test that was already negative.
i asked the doctor to burn the lesions with the micro therapy as he did but to be very frank nothing worked the same lesions and infact more now.
i went to see another doctor a very old guy who upon looking said it not an std.
he said the biopsy that i had done could have seen the evevation but when hpv virus is not there then it can not give a diagnose he said what i had is fordice spots or fordice disease.
i have fordice spots around the margin of my lips and the upper lip but they look yellow dots inside the skin but the ones i have on the penis are skin or light skin colored papules. but i can feel fordice spots under the glance cap.
i even got my gf tested for hpv pcr endocervical swap thet reveiled negative for hpv both low and high risk.
is this hpv or really some thing else.
please help how will i know that this is hpv if i had this then even my gf shold have got the virus but both of us are negative.
as far as i know even if the virus is limited the pcr test will detect it.
i did everythig everything comes out negative.
but i am still scared that it is hpv what to do please help me.

1) most likely if you''ve had unprotected sex.
2) The vaccine protects against the main strains of HPV which you are now protected from. If you came in contact with these strains you would not get them.
3) No they cannot. its a virus, if you have it, it will show up in your test. the only way it wouldnt is if it was dormant in your system.

I cannot tell you what it is. I feel like you aren't listening to my advise. You've seen Drs, they've told you it isnt HPV, so it isnt HPV. It is probably fordyce. Warts do no resemble pimples.

1) if i had hpv will it show on my girl friends hpv pcr test?
2) i had taken a shot of hbv vaccine and after that every thing like this took place?
can it be side effects and still after 3 months?
3) can hbv vaccine or any other medicine antibiotics or antivirals affect any of the antibody test results like hiv, hbv, hsv???
i still feel i have these crops of papules  on my penis i checked all the sites for fordice thing and they all show some yellow things under the skin but mine all small pimple kind of things that are smaller then the full spot mark on your keyboard.

I can't comment further on the testing, because I am not confident when talking about them. However cryrotherapy will not alter the testing as like you say, the virus will still be in your system. All I can say is you've had so many tests, by different Drs, that is all the proof you need. Surely if you had HPV, it would of shown up in tests done on you or your girlfriend, but it hasn't.

Fordyce spots and warts are often confused with one another, usually fordyce spots are small and less fleshy looking than warts. Look online for fordyce photos.

It saddens me that you are so tormented by the threat of HPV. HPV is scary at first, but it is only a minor annoyance once you learn about it. You don't have HPV by the sounds of it, so you shouldnt waste your life away by worrying. Appreciate the fact that you are wart free as many people on this board would love to be in that position. Don't let this control you, you may want to seek some sort of councelling for your anxiety. And pleast don't do anything silly (referring to your note!) There are anxiety boards on this site and feel free to use them and listen to advise. If you want more info then continue asking questions. Think about it though, what is more reliable - A DR doing diagnostic tests telling you, you do not have HPV or a stranger on a website who has never met you before?

amie as i did my hpv pcr after cryotherapy is it possible to get a negative result because of it.
i still have some very very small bumps not more than 1 mm in diameter can i get 1 of these biopsied or sent for pcr again.
is it possible to have a negative pcr report for my gf as we always had unprotected sex?
as i know cryotherapy does not kill the virus it escapes to the surrounding tissue is my pcr report wrong????

thanks for your reply..\
actually what i am concerned about is the biopsy that gave me a +/- result saying looked like hpv but cannot confirm it....
i got 3 stitches and today even after about 2 months i have this unhealed wound.....
i am worried all my hpv pcr tests are negative, acetic acid test is negative, i even try acetic acid at home to see if the color changes but never.
some docs say it is hpv some say ppp some say fordice.
if i have a bump and if it is hpv that means it contains virus or is it that cryotherapy killed it and made all my tests negative.
i even have fordyce spots on my lips eyes and i guess even around the rim of my glans penis.
i had few elevations for more than a year and they din go away or change in size or irritate me at all, it was as if i din had any thing down there.
i had sexual intercourse and right after that i went to toilet to pee and i felt these bumps and they din go away for a week made me see a doc.
what to do is this hpv or fordice.
can hpv and fordice look similar under microscope???

You've seen so many professionals, done so many tests and it has all came out negative - that is all the proof that you need. You don't have HPV, stop worrying and live your life happily
