genital warts transmitted to partner orally?

Hey, so my first outbreak of genital warts has only brought three warts, and they were tiny. I heard that the first outbreak is the worst, and so i'm thinking that it is likely i may only have one or no more outbreaks before this goes dormant. I eat right, am a non-smoker, exercise everyday, am in good shape and get enough sleep. My friend is wanting to know when i will be clean for sex. My question is even though the burnt warts are on my penis does this mean that if i gave her oral she would get it too? I heard she actually already had hpv but that her strain was not transmittable? If she already has hpv and has shown no signs of it for 6 months, is it safe to say that the virus in her is dormant and she now has the antibodies to fight another infection?

If not sex that's fine i still want to go down on her. What are the risks involved?

I really appreciate the help you guys offer,
Jesse

Sorry i'm just now responding to this. I just wanted to thank you for what you do. Things have changed with me it wasn't just three warts, It was MUCH MORE. I probably have 12 of them now. 3 of them are larger the rest are small. Considering laser treatment. I did go down on the girl that i believe gave me the warts, now my voice is hoarse and I'm considering RRP. I know that is extremely rare, and much more common in immunodeficient patients but i have to wonder. I have no warts in my mouth, would make sense that there would be none in my throat. The most friction was on the tip of my tongue, would make sense that the infection would be mainly there, on the tip of my tongue right?

I live with my family my bro is sick and my dad has a tickle in the back of his throat. My throat is irritated and when i look at it, rather en flamed. My eyes feel dry and i dont feel like i have much energy. It would make sense that something is just going around, i know. I know you have many many people to respond to, and you've already given me a lot of help, but how rare do you think it would be for a healthy, active, fit guy like me to get rrp when NO oral warts are present? Do i have a misconception? Can warts form around the voice box and yet not be present in the mouth?

Thanks again

You would only give her the virus if you had the virus in your mouth. Do you have warts in your mouth? If not, oral sex is safe.

You mention she had HPV. Did she have a wart causing kind, or a cell changing kind? If she had a wart strain like you, it may be a different type than the one you already have and therefore you would catch this from her and experience warts again. If she has the same strain as you though, you are both safe to have sex - oral and penetrative. If you both have the same strain you will not have to worry about transmitting the virus because you both already have it.

Yes, if she has not shown signs for 6 months she is probably clear but at the same time there is no way to find this out so you have to guess.
