hpv- bumps?

I'm 19 years old and I went to the gyno in August. He told me that I had HPV but said it wasn't serious. That was four months ago, and now im just starting to see these little bumps. There are three of them and they are not together, but in three different locations. They look exactly like skin tags, and do not itch. I also have this one bump that itchs and does not look like the skin tag things. I'm veryyy concerned that these are warts, from the HPV. I've only been with one guy, but he has been with other girls a long time ago. It's been way over a year since he has had sex with someone else, so would it take this long to show if they were warts. I'm going to the doctors next week, but I wanted someone else's opinion first. Thanks sooo much!

its not uncommon for warts to never show up at all or to even show up years later.  believe your doc that it's not serious,  remember to keep your immune system healthy so your HPV will go away on its own quicker. dont be afraid to ask your doc more questions.

well it's been a year since he had sex with someone else, besides me, who he could have gotten the HPV from. But i don't understand why the warts, if thats what they are, would not have showed up earlier. it's been over a year since my boyfriend was expoed to the hpv, or warts. The doctor didn't tell me if it was on my cervix or not, he just mentioned it wasn't a big deal and should go go away.
