hpv and anus warts

I was dating a girl and for a few months she recently told me she got some warts and turned out that was HPV before. 2 months a month ago I got a few warts around and on the penis and got them freezed. all is okay now but I start to worry about having anus warts, and sometime I would find a bit of blood on the paper from the outer part of the anus ( toward the testicals ). Is that warts in the images? I really worry if that's warts it's gonna spread. should I see a dr?

Here are some pics:

I'm working in a small town where health provider are not really optimal and I would like to have a quick thoughts of my case. If I have serious issue I think I will fly to a nearby city to ask a doctor. Also, in this case should I see a dermatologist  or general doctor or whom exactly?

I'm a healthy fit 29 years old heterosexual guy.

could be a anal fissure which is completely common and harmless especially if the blood is bright red

For anal concerns, go see a proctologist.  Pics don't reveal much especially what is inside your anus. A proctologist will look inside and know if all is well back there. You could just be having hemorrhoids.
