The bumps appear to be growth, perhaps warts. It's always best to go see your dentist for an evaluation first. If warranted, your dentist will recommend you to an Oral Surgeon to get the bumps removed and biopsied. Or to an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. Don't ignore this and don't depend on people here looking at pictures for help. Even the doctors on the Doctors Forum don't look at pictures. Its not a good way to diagnose anything. An appointment with a medical professional is always the best thing to do. Start with your dentist.
So what? Oral HPV can come from too much cig smoking or booze. And from kissing, althought it is a lower risk. Go see a doctor and stop wasting time here.
