Chances of HPV

What is the chances of getting HPV with use of a condom? Also if I was to catch HPV with the use of a condom would the warts show up on my penis since it was covered with the condom. I have no idea if the escort had HPV. So scared and nervous. Its been 11 weeks with no signs or symptoms. Thanks for input.

Thank you for all of your input. I just have one last question for you and this probably me being paranoid but here it is. About 2 days ago i went to the beach got in the water and then sunbathed for a couple of hours. Went home took a shower and went to the bathroom and when I peed i noticed a pink area at the tip of my penis where I would urinate. When i touch it, it does not feel raised. It is just a slight bit pinker then the rest. Also that evening and all of yesterday my penis felt like i had shut it off mid stream. Not really burning but that feeling. The tip felt like it had icee/hot on it. When I woke up this morning the feeling was gone. I would think its a uti except for the pink area at the tip and that men don't really get uti's from what i have heard. I have been loading up on cranberry juice for uti just in case. All of my std test have came back negative and its been 87 days since exposure. All the stuff that I have read about hpv doesn't say anything about that feeling but it does about the pink area. If it is HPV how long would that area stay pink? How long would take to develop into a wart? Would the pink spots be in more then one place? Thanks again for your help

The odds of getting HPV from unsafe oral sex is very low. Not zero but almost. You could not have checked her entire genital area for HPV or HSV. Some warts are invisible to the naked eye and some people with HSV do not always show. Condoms provide some protection against both but not 100%.  Personally, I would not worry about your escort date. These women are usually clean as its bad fo biz to pass on stds. Assume for now that you are healthy and try not to do it again because the law of averages will eventually catch up to you. Especially since safe sex is not 100% safe against HPV and HSV.

I was a little intoxicated at the time and can't really remember what she even looked like. I think i was on and adrenaline rush from the fear of getting caught. I have never been with a escort/prostitute before. My stupid mistake was besides just not doing it. Is that i never looked down there to see if she hpv/hsv. We started off unprotected oral. Whats the chance of getting hpv from that? Then went to protected sex doggy that did not last long, maybe 3 min. I wish I would have checked her out for peace of mind. I had HSV 1/2 IGG test done at 10 weeks and it was negative for both. Whats the chance of it coming back positive after 12 weeks since everywhere I read that the conclusive time frame.  Just soooo nervous I don't want to give anything to my wife. Stupid stupid mistake. Thanks

Condoms provide 50% protection at best, but this does not mean you got it from one date with an escort. Getting it usually requires lots of genital skin rubbing which rarely comes from one escort visit. Warts can appear anywhere there is genital skin (buttocks, thighs, scrotum, penis, base of penis which is not covered by a condom, pubic area, etc). Most people get warts 2-6 months after exposure. If you did not see an active wart on the escort, the chances are she doesn't have it however some warts cannot be seen by the naked eye. Most escorts are tested very frequently else it is bad for business but clearly they have a better chance of getting it due to the amount of sex they have. Since men cannot be tested, we won't ever know we have it unless a wart appears. This is why men are often carriers of the virus because they literally do not know.  IMO, your sex act was very safe and you should not worry at all. Besides, if this wasn't your first sex encounter in your entire life, what makes you assume you don't already have it. The only real safe sex is no sex, but who is going to do that?  If you are 26 or under, please get the vaccine.
