is this hpv?

i have got this 8-9 small white dots on the circumfrence of my penile shaft,,..inside not on foreskin....there is no itch or smaell from them....could this be hpv? m sexully active....how to find out?

If at the base of the penis head under the foreskin, these will probably be "Pearly Penile Papules" Very common, most men have them and are completely normal. Google it and check if the pictures look like right.

Go see a dermatologist or an urologist asap about those dots. There is no blood test or smear test for men. If warranted, the doctor will get one of the dots removed and biopsied or will freeze them off. Or will prescribe a cream to remove it. One needs to be sent to the lab for you to know what they are.
