only when erect
I noticed tons of small bumps on shaft of penis more noticeable on back of shaft.on one other side is pretty smooth but only when erect do I see these bumps hpv genital wart would be noticeable all the time wouldnt they?
There are no hard facts (one size fits all) with HPV. They could be molluscum or warts. My advice is to go see a dermatologist asap. Get a medical professional diagnosis based on an examination. If the doctor thinks they may be warts, ask him to remove one and biopsy it. Then you will know either way.
