in single sex (lasting around 5 minutes) with condom protection? She did not have genital warts. Thanks

A one time event with a person that has no visible active warts is a low risk with a condom. No one can give you a percentage of the risk. Condoms do not provide much protection which is why so many are getting it. Do not assume you got infected unless you see a genital wart. However, it is possible that you were infected. At least she was honest with her sexual health. Most people are not disclosing.

I strongly disagree. His partner was CIN2. That's a stage of precancer of the cervix - not a virus. Chances are excellent that the virus was either HPV 16 or 18.

These virus types do not give rise to genital warts.

However, if he did manage to pick up the virus, it's very possible for him to give it to another woman, putting her at risk of cervical cancer.

Good for him for using a condom!!!!!
